In accordance with section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Mandurah is proposing to close an approximate 18,755 square metre portion of unnamed unconstructed road which adjoins Lot 100 and Lot 101 on Plan 23024 to the north, as delineated on the sketch below.
Upon its closure, the land is proposed to be amalgamated into Lot 100 on Plan 23024 as part of a land exchange agreement to enable creation of the proposed new Yalgorup National Park northern access road which will be an extension of Quail Road, Bouvard.
