This event is all about staying active and boosting fitness while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
Walk alongside our Happy Walking Seniors group on a refreshing stroll along the foreshore, then head back to the Seniors Centre to relax and enjoy some fresh fruit, yoghurt, and your choice of tea or coffee.
Whether you’re a regular walker or just starting out, walking is a great way to improve heart health, increase energy, and connect with others in the community. This is a wonderful opportunity to focus on your wellbeing, make new friends, and enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle.
