In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah proposes to lease a 4,612.2m2 portion of seabed of Reserve 44745 (Lot 14 Sticks Boulevard, Erskine) and proposes to licence non-exclusively a 842.2m2 portion of the adjoining floating boardwalk public access way (Lot 55 Sticks Blvd, Erskine) to Gemplanet Pty Ltd for a term of 10+10 years at an annual rent of $49,000 (ex GST) per annum and maintenance contribution of $35,000 (ex GST) per annum. CPI increases to be applied annually to the annual rent and maintenance contribution. The market value of the disposition was determined at $49,000 (ex GST) per annum by an independent licensed valuer on 5 November 2024.
