The City of Mandurah has made an application for a licence under s5C to take 297,930 kilolitres for irrigation of existing public open space under a Managed Aquifer Recharge scheme. People who are interested in the application, may make a written submission within 15 days of this publication to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, 107 Breakwater Parade Mandurah Western Australia 6210, quoting RF972-04~4. If you object to the proposal, you must in your submission specify what actions, if any, would overcome your objections.
