TRACC Civil on behalf of Urban Quarter, has submitted a plan to the City of Mandurah, intending to close Wanjeep St to all vehicles at different times from Monday, 16 September 2024 through to Saturday, 25 January 2025.
During this period, there will be:
- Directional closure of Wanjeep St Northbound between Roy Rd and Coodanup Community Centre
- Directional closure of Wanjeep St Southbound between Beachem St and Dotterel Dr
- Restricted access to and from Wanjeep St and Broun Rd
The project involves drainage, sewer and communication works, as well as the construction of a new roundabout at Broun Rd and Wanjeep St intersection.
These proposed road closures are necessary to ensure the safety of both workers and road users during the works. Traffic management and detours will be in place throughout the roadworks.
A plan showing the details of the proposal is available for inspection at 3 Peel Street, Mandurah between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm or via the City’s website www.mandurah.wa.gov.au.
Submissions may be made to council@mandurah.wa.gov.au, or by post to PO box 210, Mandurah WA 6210 before 5pm, Wednesday 11 September 2024.
