Work will soon commence on the construction of the Dawesville Community Centre.
The works are expected to take around 15 months with completion in late 2025.
How will the community be impacted?
We anticipate that the construction process may have some temporary impacts on our community including:
Noise: Construction activities may generate noise during daytime hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will make every effort to minimise disturbances.
Traffic: There may be temporary traffic disruptions in the streets bordering the construction site. We will advise residents of any upcoming traffic disruptions to allow you to plan alternate routes and exercise caution when travelling through the area.
Dust and Debris: While we will take measures to control dust and debris, some level of disturbance is unavoidable during construction. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete this project.
Regular updates will be published on the City's website and on Mandurah Matters at https://www.mandurahmatters.com.au/projects
