The City of Mandurah has partnered with home care industry partners to get you job ready with FREE training.
Join this information session on Thursday, 23 February 10.30am at Mandurah Bowling and Recreation Club to learn more about the Home Care Workforce Support Program and take your first step to get job ready and kick-start a fulfilling career as a home care support worker.
The program will run for five days and includes three days of classroom-based training, followed by two days first aid training, with flexible work placement options with local employers available immediately after completion.
A career in home care is meaningful and rewarding. Home care tasks range from gardening, social outings, shopping with clients, domestic cleaning, meal preparation through to personal care. Flexible shifts are available to suit your schedule, from as little as two hours per week through to full-time.
