About the Event

Mandurah Libraries are excited to be hosting World Reflexology Day this year at Falcon Library & Community Centre.

Reflexology is based on the idea that feet, hands and ears are connected to certain organs and body systems and massaging these body parts offers a range of health benefits. Benefits of reflexology include a reduction in stress and anxiety, less pain, mood enhancement and improvement in overall health and general well-being.

Reflexology practitioners Yolanda Baty, Tracey Child, Amanda Barnett Wood, Sally Marchingo, Michele Ballard and Margaret Osborn will be offering “taster sessions” on the day with free individual sessions that will run for up to 25 minutes.

Appointments are available from 9.00am – 12pm

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
