About the Event
Experienced guides lead this unique experience along the beautiful Joseph and Dulcie Nannup Trail, where every step is an opportunity to connect with the present moment.
This journey encourages mindful awareness, helping you to tune into the sights, sounds, and sensations of the natural world around you. Throughout the walk, you'll engage in mindfulness exercises designed to enhance your connection to nature and promote a sense of calm and well-being. These practices include deep breathing, mindful walking, forest bathing and meditation, all set against the backdrop of serene environments.
As you continue along the trail, you'll have the chance to participate in a nature drawing and journaling activity. Using materials provided, you'll create your own unique drawings and journal entries inspired by the surroundings and your mindful experience. This creative expression not only enhances your appreciation of nature but also allows for a deeper connection to your inner self.
This event is free to attend but bookings are required. Presented in conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Week.
