The Creative Learning Calendar is the City of Mandurah’s semi-annual professional development program, delivering workshops, seminars and more to creatives in our community.

Mandurah is home to artists, facilitators and arts industry workers across all artforms, working to create the stunning tapestry of creativity that makes up our community. In support of our creative industries, this program responds to community need by providing upskilling opportunities for artists to increase their capacity to work professionally in creative industries.

The Creative Learning Calendar will be released twice annually, with a host of training events suitable for artists and creatives at different stages of their career.

RESONANCE 2025, presented by Chop Street Music, offers a four-part series of free workshops designed to support emerging musicians at every stage of their journey, from drawing inspiration and honing their songwriting skills to recording, releasing, and promoting their music. ART ON THE MOVE presents this exciting two-day course for entry-level and experienced artists and arts practitioners. Participants will be introduced to the essential skills and knowledge for working in gallery environments, including condition reporting, exhibition design and installation and safe handling and packing of artworks.
