Our Powerfit classes offer an exhilarating 45 minute experience that combines fun and energy in a dynamic circuit-style format. We incorporate battle ropes, mini weights, sandbags and bodyweight exercises to provide a full body workout that your child will love. Here's why our program is the perfect choice for kids aged 8-16 years: 

At our Powerfit classes, we believe in making fitness enjoyable and accessible for all. Our program offers the following benefits:

Do I need to be a member?

You don't need to be a member of the MARC to use our creche. Simply visit our reception to purchase passes, and you can use them immediately for your child's session.

• Wednesday night: 5pm - 7pm
• Saturdays: 7.30am - 11.30am (Ages 6 weeks - 12 years)

As a guardian, you maintain responsibility for your child while they are visiting the creche

• All guardians must remain on the premises
• All guardians must return immediately to their child when approached by one of our creche leaders

Our dedicated team have a wealth of experience with some Play Leaders working with us for over 10 years.

Everyone in our team is Senior First Aid qualified and trained in responding to asthma and anaphylaxis events.

Feeling unsure about how your kids will go on their first visit?

We're happy to accommodate a slow introduction to our creche to suit you and your child.

We offer 15 minute trials, at no cost, for kids to get used to our creche and play leaders and you can do multiple trials, multiple days in a row so kids can slowly get used to being dropped off (and picked up!) 

You're welcome to come in, look around and have a chat to ease your mind.
