In accordance with section 87 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Mandurah gives notice of its intention to dispose of an approximate 64 sqm portion of the Crown Public Access Way (PAW), being Lot 55 on Plan 20733, for amalgamation into the adjoining property at Lot 2002 on DP 404283, 21 Marina Quay Drive, Erskine, to resolve an encroachment into the PAW.
Replacement public access will be provided by a floating walkway to be installed within the Marina waterway. A plan of the infrastructure may be viewed at City offices at 3 Peel St, Mandurah.
The City invites public comment on the proposed disposal. Submissions may to be mailed to:
