In accordance with section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Mandurah is proposing to close an approximate 5,061 square metre portion of Tims Thicket Road, Dawesville/Bouvard, as delineated on the sketch.
Upon its closure, the land will be created as a new Class A reserve under management of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation & Attractions and the new Tims Thicket Beach Carpark will be created over a portion of it.
