In accordance with section 3.73(4) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah gives local public notice of its intention to exercise the two year contract extension option for tender process T16-2022 – Mini Skid Steer Wet Hire, awarded to Alternative Power Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Donald Contracting, for the original estimated value of $500,000 (ex GST). The decision to enter into the Contract was made by the Chief Executive Officer on 4 November 2022, prior to the commencement of the caretaker period. The current action to exercise is an administrative step that gives effect to that original decision.
A copy of this notice has been provided to the Departmental CEO at the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS), in accordance with Regulation 3B of the Local Government (Functions and General) Regulations 1996.
