In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah provides notice that it proposes to sell Lot 503 (No. 60) Peel Street, Mandurah to BVD Group Pty Ltd as trustee for the Pruthi Estate Unit Trust for the purchase price of $342,000 (inclusive of GST), in accordance with an independent market valuation dated 2 May 2025 of $380,000 (inclusive of GST) and Lot 504 (No. 70) Anstruther Road, Mandurah to Deepak Kumar for the purchase price of $234,000 (inclusive of GST), in accordance with an independent market valuation dated 2 May 2025 of $260,000 (inclusive of GST).

Members of the public are invited to make a submission in relation to the disposal. Submissions are to be in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Mandurah, PO Box 210, Mandurah WA 6210 or by email to council@mandurah.wa.gov.au.  All submissions must be received by no later than 4pm, Wednesday 17 September 2025.
