In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah provides notice that it proposes to sell Lot 201 (No. 10) Lively Place, Mandurah to Amy Brook Pty Ltd as trustee for the Amy Brook Unit Trust for the consideration of $6,100,000 (exclusive of GST), in accordance with an independent market valuation dated 16 July 2025 of $6,170,000 (exclusive of GST).
Members of the public are invited to make a submission in relation to the disposal. Submissions are to be in writing and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Mandurah, PO Box 210, Mandurah WA 6210 or by email to council@mandurah.wa.gov.au. All submissions must be received by no later than 4pm, Wednesday 17 September 2025.
