TRACC Civil has submitted a plan to the City of Mandurah, intending to close Powderbark Ave between Cassowary Dr and Lakewood Pkwy for the period Monday 9 June 2025 through to Friday 19 December 2025.
This road closure is required to undertake civil, and construction works associated with the Frasers Landing Stage 11 development.
Temporary traffic management and detours will be in place during the roadworks.
A plan showing the details of the proposal is available for inspection at 3 Peel Street, Mandurah between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm or via the City’s website www.mandurah.wa.gov.au.
Submissions may be made to council@mandurah.wa.gov.au, or by post to PO box 210, Mandurah WA 6210 before 5pm, Wednesday 4 June 2025.
