While the works are happening on Wednesday (all day) and Thursday until midday, the Waste Management Centre will NOT accept general waste. Other recyclable items like green waste, inert waste, scrap metal, mattresses, e-waste, etc will still be accepted.
This may impact household rubbish and recycling bin collections during the week (between December 18-20).
What do you need to do? Nothing different, just put your bins out on your normal day and leave out until collected.
Cleanaway’s rubbish trucks will be working hard to empty them on the normal scheduled days, but delays of up to 24 hours may occur.
Brush up on all things waste and recycling.
