Please refer to the previous public notice dated 21 August 2024 regarding Lakes Rd closure. The dates for the proposed works have been delayed and accordingly this updated public notice is necessary.
Wormall Civil, on behalf of Development WA, has submitted a plan to the City of Mandurah, intending to close Lakes Road eastbound from Manna Road to Stock Road to all vehicles at various times from Monday 6 January 2025 through to Sunday 6 April 2025.
The purpose of the closure is ‘Peel Pressure Main Installation Works’ being undertaken by Development WA and Wormall Civil.
Temporary traffic management and detours will be in place during the roadworks.
A plan showing the details of the proposal is available for inspection at 3 Peel Street, Mandurah between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm or via the City’s website www.mandurah.wa.gov.au.
