In accordance with sections 51 and 87 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Mandurah is proposing to resolve historic encroachments into Public Recreation Reserve 35461 by excising the following portions of land for sale and amalgamation into the adjoining landowner’s lots, as delineated in the sketch:
From Lot 403
- Excision Area A (approx. 103 sqm) into Lot 129 (No. 31) Seawind Dr, Silver Sands
- Excision Area B (approx. 57 sqm) into Lot 128 (No. 29) Seawind Dr, Silver Sands
- Excision Area C (approx. 195 sqm) into Lot 127 (No. 27) Seawind Dr, Silver Sands
From Lot 403 & Lot 2542
- Excision Area D (approx. 126 sqm) into Lot 78 (No. 25) Seawind Dr, Silver Sands
