In accordance with section 51 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Mandurah invites public comment on its proposal to excise a portion of Public Recreation Reserve 44745, being Lot 14 on Plan 20733, LR 3141/716 as delineated on the below sketch.
Upon excision, Lot 14 is proposed to be created as a standalone reserve vested to the City of Mandurah under a management order, with a purpose of 'Recreation and Marina Purposes' with Power to Lease for a maximum period of 21 years. The amendment will enable the City to enter into a seabed lease for private jetties and boat pens situated within the lot. Separate advertising for any proposed leasing arrangements will occur.
