In accordance with section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the City of Mandurah is proposing to close an approximate 850 square metre portion of Division Road, Mandurah, as delineated in the image.
Upon closure, the land is proposed to be amalgamated into adjoining Lot 23 on Diagram 17591 and Lot 250 on Deposited Plan 47213.
The City of Mandurah invites written submissions on this proposal be mailed to:

Closing date for submissions is 4:30pm on Wednesday, 2nd August 2023. No late submissions will be accepted
