The City of Mandurah proposes to licence a portion of Mandjar Bay, located on the Eastern Foreshore between the Foreshore Tidal pool and Mandurah Bridge:
- Jetty No. 1305 – B1 to Soulmate Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as ‘Soulmate Charters’ for a term of 5+5 years for the following consideration:$5,250 (ex GST) per annum;
- Jetty No. 1305 – B2 to Mandurah Boat Tours Pty Ltd trading as ‘Pirate Ship Mandurah’ for a term of 5+5 years for the following consideration: $5,250 (ex GST) per annum; and
- Jetty No. 1277 – A1 to Sea West WA Pty Ltd trading as ‘Mandurah Cruises’ for a term of 5+5 years for the following consideration: $5,250 (ex GST) per annum.
- Jetty No. 1277 – A2 to Sea West WA Pty Ltd trading as ‘Mandurah Cruises’ for a term of 5+5 years for the following consideration: $5,250 (ex GST) per annum.
The market value of the above dispositions were assessed at $5,250 (ex GST) per annum on 26 November 2020. The market value was declared as a true indication of the proposed disposition by Council resolution on 27 September 2022.
