Ensuring that Mandurah’s best days are ahead of us is something that we all want to achieve.

As we shape our city’s future, it’s important that we’re all part of the conversation. For the City of Mandurah, part of the process is to understand what’s important to you and to ensure that we’re providing services that meet the needs of our community, now and in the future.

We’re asking our community to give us a few moments of your time to complete the MARKYT Community Scorecard.

We conduct the Community Scorecard every two years and the survey results are one of the ways we check in with our community.

The results of the survey will help us to understand how you’re feeling about our City and where we’re headed. It will also provide feedback across a range of areas, including roads and traffic management, sport and recreation facilities, waste management, festivals and events, services for seniors and youth, and environmental management.

The scorecard is open to everyone in your household, 14 years and older. From Monday, March 21 you can complete the scorecard online by visiting www.catalyse.com.au/studies. You can have your say until the survey closes on April 8.

We’ve engaged Catalyse Pty Ltd, an independent research company, to conduct this study on our behalf. All results will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence. When reporting results back to us, Catalyse only presents aggregated or anonymous data.

Once complete, a summary of the results will be posted on the City’s website.

If you have any questions, please contact the City of Mandurah on 9550 3777 or council@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
