About the Event
The City of Mandurah is hosting a series of three skills workshops, open to Mandurah based community groups.
The aim is to up-skill groups to be able to thrive and achieve their goals. Plus, you’ll benefit from networking with like-minded groups attending the workshops.

Where: Lakelands Library & Community Centre
Learn:
- develop an overall fundraising strategy.
- create achievable financial goals for your group, using multiple potential sources of income.
Date: 15 May 2024, 5.30pm-8pm
Where: Greenfields Family & Community Centre
Learn:
- what your group can do to attract potential volunteers.
- how to manage and retain volunteers.
Date: 12 June 2024, 10am-12.30pm
Where: Falcon Library & Community Centre
Learn:
- simple strategies and low-cost options to help groups take advantage of on-line opportunities.
- how to use social media wisely to promote your group and activities.
This training is available to not-for-profit community groups based in Mandurah Local Government Area only.
All workshops are free to attend, and refreshments are provided.
