Skigh Wines embrace natural ferments, have minimal additions, strive for great structure and double down on drinkability.
Tying together our various releases is an ethos of “lo-fi” winemaking, a philosophy embraced by winemaker Skigh McManus in his 20+ years winemaking experience, both here in Aus and while travelling, exploring and making wine overseas.
