About the Event
Join us for a celebration of culture and community at the City of Mandurah 2026 Australia Day events.
We’re inviting all Mandurah residents to reflect, respect and celebrate with us as we honour our community champions and welcome a new crop of Australian citizens.
The official ceremony will include the Citizen of the Year awards presentation, an Australian Citizenship Ceremony and a family fun and entertainment. See the full schedule of events below.
The City of Mandurah’s 2026 Australia Day celebrations are supported by the Australian government through the National Australia Day Council.

- 8.30-10.30am: Australia Citizenship Ceremony and Citizen of the Year Awards
- 10.30am-4pm: BBQ breakfast by Mandurah Lions Club
