Boat pens are available to hire on a flexible licence, ranging from one night to one year in the below areas. Please note that Mandurah Ocean Marina does not accept permanent live on boards.

Recreational boat pens
- 313 floating boat pens – pen size 8m - 20m
- Electricity, water and lighting bollard to each berth
- Secure gatehouse entry and regular security patrols
- Refuse disposal
- Private toilet, shower and laundry facilities
Commercial boat pens
- 36 boat pens – pen size 15m - 20m
- Electricity, water and lighting bollard to each berth
- Coded gate entry and regular security patrols
- Refuse disposal and oil recycling facilities
Mandurah Ocean Marina (South Harbour)
- 18 recreational boat pens – pen size 10m
- Regular security patrols
- Sailboats and lifting devices not permitted
Mary Street Lagoon
- 58 recreational boat pens – pen size 8m - 10m
