Outdoor Fitness and Yoga classes are held from November through December and February through March. All classes are FREE and held at Keith Holmes Reserve. 

  • Yoga: Tuesday nights from 6-7pm 
  • Outdoor Fitness: Thursday mornings from 9-9.45am
  • Classes are for all ages and abilities.

Tips for using the equipment: 

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear. 
  • Don’t forget to spend 3-5 minutes warming up, exercises could include a light jog, knees up, side stride or push. 
  • Spend 3-5 minutes after the workout to cool down by stretching all the muscle groups used throughout the workout. 
  • Don’t forget your hat, sunscreen and water bottle.

Mandurah offers a delightful trail walking experience through its pristine natural environment, encompassing wetlands, coastline, and nature reserves. The area features many highly rated bushwalking trails, ranging from 2.3 to 8 kilometres, catering to all abilities. These trails are rich with wildlife, including dolphins and migratory birds.
