In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah proposes to licence a 198 square meter portion of Reserve 9633 (No.73) Mandurah Terrace, Mandurah to Jetty Holdings Pty Ltd for a term of 5+5 years for consideration of $17,820 (exclusive of GST).
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $17,820 (exclusive of GST) on 14 February 2025.
Members of the public are invited to make written submissions in relation to the proposed disposition, to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Mandurah, PO Box 210, Mandurah WA 6210 or emailed to council@mandurah.wa.gov.au by 27 August 2025.
