In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah proposes to sell a 356sqm portion of Lot 396 (No. 15) Sutherland Street, Dawesville to Alan John Burns and Deborah Faye Burns for consideration of $70,000.00 (inclusive of GST), in line with the market valuation of $70,000 (inclusive of GST) dated 13 September 2024.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal, and submissions should be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Mandurah at 3 Peel Street, Mandurah WA 6210 or mailed to PO Box 210, Mandurah WA 6210 by Thursday 27 March 2025
