In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah proposes to sell a 356sqm portion of Lot 396 (No. 15) Sutherland Street, Dawesville to Alan John Burns and Deborah Faye Burns for consideration of $70,000.00 (inclusive of GST), in line with the market valuation of $70,000 (inclusive of GST) dated 13 September 2024.
