Community Chats Series 2024

The City of Mandurah is excited to announce that the February round of Community Grants is now open for applications. From 3 February to 17 March 2025, local not-for-profit groups are invited to apply for funding to bring meaningful projects, events, and ideas to life within our vibrant community.

We are offering grants of up to $5,000 to support initiatives that align with the City's community objectives. The grants aim to empower local groups and organisations to deliver projects that enhance community engagement, participation, and skills training. If your project can be completed within 12 months and will take place within the City of Mandurah, we encourage you to apply!

Since the introduction of the Community Grants Program, hundreds of local groups have benefited from funding that helps them grow and support the Mandurah community. One example is Socks for Cooper, which used its grant to provide essential items for the homeless in Mandurah, helping bring the community closer together.

To apply for the Community Grant, you must first confirm your eligibility by contacting our Grants and Funding Officer at 9550 3649 or via email at hcc@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
Our team is happy to assist you with feedback and guidance for your application.

Before submitting your application, we recommend reviewing the City’s Strategic Community Plan 2024 to 2044 to ensure your project aligns with our community priorities.
Applications close on 17 March 2025, so don’t miss the chance to make a difference in our community!
