The City of Mandurah is proud to continue supporting local community groups and organisations through grant programs.
Applications are now open for the Community Grants September funding round, helping local groups bring their projects, events and creative ideas to life.
These grants assist eligible not-for-profit clubs and groups in organising events that deliver economic and social benefits by encouraging attendance, participation, and engagement with local businesses, all while contributing to a vibrant community.
This year, funding of up to $5000 for eligible projects is available over a one year period.
Many community groups received funding last year, including Socks for Cooper, a local not-for-profit that collects donations of new socks and other everyday items to support organisations that help the homeless in Mandurah. They used their grant to update their communication and marketing collateral plus additional pairs of socks.
We love hearing about your ideas, to discuss your grant idea, please contact our Grants and Funding Officer on hcc@mandurah.wa.gov.au or call 95503777.
All applications must be submitted online before 14 October 2024. For detailed guidelines on grant opportunities and to apply, please visit mandurah.wa.gov.au/grantsandsponsorship.
