The City of Mandurah propose to lease an 80sqm portion of office space at Reserve 46854 (No. 13A Dolphin Drive, Mandurah) plus a seabed lease area of 1,035sqm to Ramms Pty Ltd as trustee for The Hill Family Trust trading as ‘Mandurah Houseboats’ for a term of 5+5 years for the following consideration: $27,170 (inclusive of GST and variable outgoings) with CPI increases to be applied annually, and market rent reviews upon the further term. The market value of the disposition was assessed at $27,170 (inclusive of GST and variable outgoings) on 12 May 2023.
