Proposed Alteration 1
Pursuant to section 31 of the Dog Act 1976, the City of Mandurah hereby gives local public notice of its intention to specify a dog exercise area at 34-38, Lot 3 Karinga Road, San Remo.
The Council considered this matter at its meeting held on 25 July 2023. The proposed specification is as follows:
Current Hours:
Dogs must be 'On Leash' at all times.
Proposed Hours:
Dogs may be exercised "Off Lead" at all times.
Proposed Alteration 2
Pursuant to section 31 of the Dog Act 1976, the City of Mandurah hereby gives local public notice of its intention to remove the dog exercise area at Reserve No 47852, named 'Harry Perry Park', San Remo.
The Council considered this matter at its meeting held on 25 July 2023. The proposed specification is as follows:
Current Hours:
Dogs may be exercised "Off Lead" at all times.
Proposed Hours:
Dogs must be 'On Leash' at all times.

These proposed resolutions will be considered by the City of Mandurah Council on 31 October 2023.
