A sculpture of a blue octopus with a wide, manic grin is suspended in a tree
Visit an amazing sculpture installation in Administration Bay, and be amazed by the skill of the community members who made it!

About the Event

You know what they say about one person’s trash… sometimes it becomes a beautiful piece of art!

Made entirely out of recycled materials, this junk sculpture will be designed and created by Mandurah locals, guided by Ken Allen of Junkadelic Art Collective during a series of Junk Sculpture Workshops. The project will inspire you to make beautiful art out of everyday objects, reducing your waste and helping the environment!

Marvel at our community’s creative spirit as you see this sculpture hovering over the estuary outside Mandurah Seniors and Community Centre.
