Spring into Arts and Culture is the perfect opportunity to learn that new skill or meet new people this Mandurah Arts Festival! Run by the friendly, talented artists and craftspeople at Mandurah Arts and Crafts Society, there are six unique workshops on offer.
Pottery
This two-part, beginner-friendly pottery workshop is designed to welcome and introduce you to the exciting world of creating with clay, featuring hand-building methods and glazing.

Tickets: $60 (all materials included)
Note: Your ticket includes entry to a second session on Saturday, 10 October 2026, which will cover glazing techniques.
Glass Fusing
This introductory glass fusing class will cover glass-cutting techniques and design, resulting in your own beautiful coloured glass plate.

Mosaics
Learn to design a mosaic piece, use and source suitable tools, and create your own masterpiece to take home.

Watercolours
A step-by-step demonstration to paint a simple landscape using basic techniques such as lifting out, scrumbling and spattering.

Sewing
Learn to sew from scratch, or revive an old skill, at this beginner sewing workshop. You’ll discover the secrets behind your own machine, and walk away with a handmade tote bag.

Creative Upcycling
