The City uses an online portal to request quotations and to manage the procurement process through to either purchase order or contract award stage. The City will request quotations from suppliers in accordance with our Procurement Policy.
Why register with the online portal?
Registering with the Online Portal ensures that your business is included in supplier lists that relate to the goods and services that you supply.
Once registration is confirmed, you will receive email notification of new opportunities that you are invited to respond to. You will also be able to access this portal to:
- Submit bids for the supply of goods, services and works
- Receive notification of any new procurement opportunities
- Maintain your contact details
If you are successful with your submission, you will be upgraded to a creditor account and have additional functionality including:
- View your contracts with the City of Mandurah
- Update and/or renew organisation qualifications
- View financial transactions and remittance advices
- Maintaining creditor details and banking information
How to register?
- Use your work email (e.g., [email protected]). If you have already registered as an organisation on our portal, you cannot use the same email address.
- Registration is instant, you just need to verify your email address.
- If you are an existing supplier to the City of Mandurah and wish to fast track your registration, please contact our accounts team during office hours to receive an invite to the portal.

The City of Mandurah uses the Tenderlink portal to advertise tenders and other purchasing requirements to the market and to manage the procurement process through to contract award stage.
Free tender registration
We welcome current and potential suppliers of goods and services to register on either or both portals. There is no charge for registration.
Why register with tenderlink?
Once confirmed as a registered supplier, you will receive email notification of any new opportunities we publish. You will also be able to access this portal to:
- View any associated documentation
- Participate in Q&A forums
- Submit electronic bid responses through our secure, e-tender box facility

Tender advertisement
All tenders are publicly advertised in the West Australian newspaper in the Local Government section of the Classifieds.
- They may also be advertised in local newspapers.
- The lowest of any tender/quotation is not necessarily accepted.
- Canvassing of Elected Members or employees of the City will automatically disqualify an applicant.
- Late tenders will not be considered.
