Building applications
Information on building permits, lodgements, and approval requirements.
The City of Mandurah Online portal is the main way to lodge, track and pay for applications. You can use the portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are two separate portals used at the City of Mandurah. If you need access to both, you must use a different email address for each portal.
City of Mandurah Online is used to lodge applications, register animals, report issues and manage payments. To register, complete the online registration form. The form will ask you a series of questions to set up the right account type for your needs.
If you are registering as a staff member or on behalf of an organisation, your account won't receive a verification email straight away. We'll manually review and activate your account within 3 business days and contact you if we need more information.
The Supplier Portal is a separate portal for businesses supplying goods, services or works to the City. It is used to manage quotes, tenders, purchase orders, financial transactions and qualifications. See the Tenders and Quotations page for more information and to register.
