Our parks and reserves

Mandurah’s green spaces support biodiversity, community wellbeing, and a healthy, active city. With over 600 City-managed parks and reserves, Mandurah offers plenty of places for people to gather, play, and connect with nature, while also supporting native wildlife and cooling our urban environment.

As our city grows, enhancing and caring for these spaces helps ensure Mandurah remains a vibrant, sustainable, and connected community.

Our beaches and foreshores

Mandurah’s coastline and waterways are some of our most iconic natural assets, supporting recreation, tourism, wildlife habitats, and wellbeing. The City manages over 40km of coastal waterways and foreshores, providing spaces for swimming, walking, cycling, picnics, boating, and connecting with our unique coastal environment.

As Mandurah grows and coastal conditions continue to change, caring for these areas is vital to ensure they remain safe, healthy, and accessible for everyone, now and into the future.
