Code of Conduct

The City of Mandurah Codes of Conduct are guidelines for standards of professional conduct by Elected Members, Committee Members and Employees.

These Codes of Conduct do not override or affect legislation applicable to City operations, in particular the Local Government Act 1995 and Local Government (Rules of Conduct) Regulations 2007.

The 2016 Code of Conduct was adopted by Council on 23 August 2016.
